Use this form to indicate your availability for upcoming matches. Your responses will help us plan the schedule effectively.

Here are the standing things we will try to account for that don't require a form submission:

• Chris needs to leave for work by 10:30pm
• Gail needs to leave early and can only play 1st or 2nd match
• Anthony and Ann would prefer to leave by 10:00pm
